Role Purpose

To coordinate smooth operations in exportation of cuttings & seeds from the Syngenta Pollen Site to the requested destinations

Accountabilities

• Ensure KPIs/statistics/production sales/IDF/Agent schedules are updated
• Effectively preparing and monitoring local Agent SLAs
• Ensure the implementation of National Plant Protection Directives.
• Ensure FMS issues escalations are followed up and closed in time.
• Manage the dispatch of products and services from the company
• Ensure the verification of shipment documents and KEPHIS invoices is done prior to release of shipments.
• Assist in dry cargo freight customs clearance.
• Maintain the production statistics of the cuttings department and in cooperation with the production manager, creating reports on the production developments.
• Enforces HSE rules and regulations and champions the implementation of the Syngenta code of practise in all business operations.
• Any other tasks & projects as may be allocated from time to time.

Critical knowledge

• Undergraduate Degree preferably Supply Chain Management/Agribusiness.

Critical Experience

• 3 Years’ Experience in Horticulture Logistics
