Brief description
Reporting to Head of Department - Technology Enterprise Services, the position holder will design, deploy, manage and support all enterprise back-end applications and platforms in order to support best in class enterprise service management to Safaricom customers. Provide second line support to Enterprise Customer Support team
He/she will also lead engagements with stakeholders – vendors as well as internal teams while all the while focused on delivering applications that will support superior customer experience. Accountable and responsible for leadership of technology enterprise service automation and programmability
