Brief description
Reporting to Head of Department - Technology Enterprise Services, the position holder in conjunction with sales and account management team, will lead enterprise customer conversations and engagement to understand the underlying need and design the best suited technology solution to address that need. Build standards for best-in-class enterprise connectivity solutions that will deliver superior customer experience.
He/she will handover first time right, worry free and support headache free designs and deployments, build a reliable, dependable enterprise customer advisory centre for connectivity solutions
