Senior Operations Manager at Blockchain Coffee Nurseries

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on oversight of the nursery and farm activities.

Location: Kirinyaga County

Job Description/ Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide leadership to the operations team.
• Ensure the company’s operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and action plans to achieve the company’s goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational data and reports to identify areas of improvement.
• Identify and manage operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to operations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, customers, central and county governments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture or related field. Knowledge in Business Administration or related field will be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in a senior operations management role.
• Proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence.
