Senior Project Manager at People Link Africa

Our client, a dynamic company is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidates must have at least 5 Years’ experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

1. Drawing up a project plan
2. Lead and distribute the tasks.
3. Coordinate and prioritize between the different parts of the project
4. Formulate objectives for and support the individual project members in their work.
5. Managing conflicts, motivating and stimulating
6. Continuously follow up on milestones
7. Report to the project client and inform the project stakeholders
8. Communicate and document
9. Maintain a good dialogue with customers and colleagues in the projects
10. Control over time, quality and resources
11. Be proactive and proactive
12. Represent the company in an exemplary manner.

Requirements

1. M.Sc. in Engineering/Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years of documented project management experience
3. Must have several years of experience working with project management of implementation projects.
4. Good Communication Skills and a seasoned user of the Office package.
5. Good knowledge of financial follow-up and business understanding.
6. Must have very good written and oral ability.

Salary: Open based on skills and experience.
