Job Summary

Spearhead operations of research projects from inception to delivery

Job Details

• Research design: Design questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling plans  
• Data collection: Conduct interviews, organize surveys, and prepare field materials  
• Quantitative Data analysis: Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations  
• Reporting: Write reports and presentations, and provide clients with updates on project progress  
• Cross functional relations: Build and maintain relationships with other department, and provide advice on how to use the research  
• Project management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget  
• Teamwork: Work with other departments and suppliers, and provide support to other team members  

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Commerce or any other related field 
• At least 4 years of experience in a research agency or consumer insights team 
• Ability to manage multiple project at the same time 
• Strong analytics in quantitative research  
• Ability to see insights and convert to business strategies
