Senior Security Engineer at Chipper Cash

Chipper Cash is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join us as we continue our amazing growth trajectory.

Your Mission

Work closely with development teams, product managers (PM), and operations teams to ensure the security of our product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in and support application security reviews and threat modeling
• Own and perform application security vulnerability management
• Build and evolve the bug bounty program
• Facilitate and support the preparation of security releases
• Support and consult with product and development teams in the area of application security
• Assist in creation of security training
• Assist in development of automated security testing to validate that secure coding best practices are being used

What You Should Have

• Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object oriented languages and database querying languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (ie., AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws
• Experience guiding and advising product development teams as SMEs in the area of application security
• Experience running and working on services at scale
