Job Purpose Statement

As the Senior Program Manager - Risk and Reporting, you will serve as a full-time technical E&S coordinator, responsible for the planning, development, and execution of NCBA Group Sustainability Strategy and commitments, specifically coordinating the management of climate-related risk, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations while identifying opportunities for carbon emissions reduction and enhanced risk management.

• Demonstrable experience with IFC performance standards (5+ years' experience) and key E&S risk considerations across sectoral operations
