As Senior Tech Lead, you are being lined up to be our future Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead the technology strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s mission and objectives.
Oversee the development and implementation of in-house platform solutions
Manage the technology team, setting objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Ensure the security and compliance of all technology systems and software.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within the technology sector
Strong background in software development, including experience with carbon calculation and satellite mapping technologies.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Passion for sustainability and technology’s role in environmental conservation.
