    Senior UX Researcher

    Job Responsibilities

    • Shape the future of payments, financial inclusion and innovation
    • Plan and conduct research activities (using qualitative and quantitative methods) such as usability testing, surveys, workshops and interviews
    • Collaborate with different teams to transform research findings and insights into innovative design solutions, contributing to iterative design cycles
    • Contribute to our design system, practices, process and culture
    • Support the team through never-ending curiosity and excitement

    Job Requirements

    • 5+ years of UX research experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human behaviour related field or equivalent
    • Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, testing and iteration
    • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and effectively share research results
    • Experience with remote testing tool
