Service Centre Manager at Safal Group

Key responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute action plans to grow business and market footprint in the assigned territory/region.
• Oversee all service centre operations, including production, coil and finished goods inventory management, and facility upkeep.
• Build controls to ensure no loss, pilferage, damage, or degradation of stocks and assets.
• Lead and manage the direct sales team to grow business within the defined market.
• Engage and develop customers from all relevant customer segments and create systems ensuring exemplary customer service at every stage.
• Ensure accurate profiling and timely dispatch of distribution customer orders in coordination with the Customer Service Department.
• Manage all the allotted resources, including administration, production, and logistics, efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate business development, local marketing, and promotional activities in partnership with the Marketing team and other concerned teams.
• Develop and grow building solutions sales by integrating roofing products, accessories, and all the solutions offered by the company.
• People Leadership & Capability Development; Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Service Centre employees.
• Compliance, Safety & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.

Requirements

Qualifications required:

• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Qualifications as an added advantage:   Diploma or Professional Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
• Professional registration:

Experience required:

• General work experience (years):  7-10 years
• Specific to the position (level/discipline/years):  2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Industry: Construction / Manufacturing
