Service Delivery Manager (Converged Technologies) at Computech Limited

The role holder shall be responsible for all types of Service Deliveries (Implementation & Support) of the group, achieving high standards of customer delight and renewal of existing SLA contracts.

PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION

• Implementation Skills (Services Delivery)
• OS implementation. Admin (Windows, x86 Linux flavor and/or Solaris).
• Virtualization Implementation. Administration VMware. Hyper-V, OVM/KVM and Oracle virtualization).
• Medium level knowledge on databases architecture and basic administration (Oracle and MSSQL or Postgres)
• Servers, Storages, and SAN switches implementation & Administration skills (HPE. Lenovo, Dell Pure Storage. Netapp, Huawei and Oracle)
• Knowledge on any backup solutions
• Containerization and private and public Cloud basic knowl- edge shall be preferred
• Routing, switching and Collaboration knowledge Firewall or any of the key cyber security solution
• Certification by OEMS
• Implementation certification by the OEMs.
• Support/Admin certification by the OEMs.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering or 4 years full time Bachelors degree in Engineering. The engineering disciplines must be either or mix of these: - Electronics, Electrical, IT Hardware, Mechatronics. Tele-communication
• Support Services Skills (Servies Delivery)
• OS Support - Admin. (Windows, x86 Linux flavor and/or Solaris)
• Virtualization landscape Support Administration (VMware. Hyper-V, OVM/KVM).
• Li Support of Databases and its basic administration (Ora- cle. MSSQL or Postgres)
• Servers, Storages, and SAN switches Support, Administra- tion & Data Migration skills ((HPE. Lenovo, Dell, Pure Stor- age. Netapp, Huawei and Oracle)
• Router. Switches, Wi-Fi
• Firewall or any of the key cyber security solution
• Project Management
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• OR
• ITIL v4 Master or ITIL v4 Strategic Leader shall be preferred.
