    Services Manager

    We're looking for an experienced Services Manager to oversee the delivery of essential services within our 400 acre development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Management

    • Oversee the delivery of key services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, utilities (water and electricity), and security.
    • Implement operational procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
    • Manage and Coordinate maintenance schedules for infrastructure, facilities, utilities, and equipment.

    Vendor and Contract Management

    • Monitor vendor performance and contracts.
    • Conduct regular audits of service providers to ensure standards are met.

    Budget management

    • Prepare and manage the operational budget for services.
    • Track expenses and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
    • Monitor service costs and recommend strategies for cost optimization.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Team Leadership
    • Customer and stakeholder management regarding services

    Risk Management

    • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate service disruptions.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum of 5 years expereince in services, facilities management, or a similar role.
    • Experience in real estate developments or large scale property management is an advantage.
    • Proven experience in service delivery, facilities, or operations management.
    • Strong leadership, vendor management, and customer service skills.
    • Expertise in budgeting and operational processes.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
    • Candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
