Shift Superintendent at TransMara Sugar Company Limited (TSCL)

TSCL is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the vacancies for the Shift Superintendent factory Department. Interested candidates should fulfill the following conditions:-

Job Purpose

• Must have complete knowledge on operation and maintenance of all rotating equipment's pertaining to Cane unloading, Cane preparation, Mills & its drives, pumps and cane & bagasse conveying systems.

Key Task and Responsibilities.

• Able to identify route cause of issues/break down and rectify the same in his section
• Able to do trouble shooting in this area with minimum turn around time
• Should have complete knowledge on critical spares and its necessity for his section
• Should have complete knowledge & experience in preventive maintenance in these area
• Should know the lubrication system and its necessity for rotating equipment's in his section
• Able to monitor crushing rate and regulate the feeding, mill speeds, cane carrier speeds to achieve described crushing rate by process department
• Should have knowledge on cane preparation and its necessity in milling
• Should have knowledge on imbibition's and its impact in juice extraction during milling
• Should know the importance of house keeping and sanitation and its impact of inversion in Mills

Professional Qualification/Skills.

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and supervisory Skills. planning, Organizing and co-ordination skills

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years.
