Key Activities

• Leads all aspects of all commercial marketing BTL planning and delivery of programs for Trade Marketing commercialization
• Delivers “fewer, bigger, better” brand activations that truly impact the brand performance to grow share and deliver financial and consumer imperatives
• Collaborates with brand, wider Trade marketing and sales-field marketing organization to deliver brand BTL execution.
• Provides critical input to commercial (BPM) and brand reviews (QBP’s) and Brand Board Sessions – leading commercial course correction were vital.
• Lives the Diageo Performance Ambition and demonstrates deep dedication to our Leadership Standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Graduate Qualification
• High cognitive ability

Experience

• Strong customer marketing (sales capabilities/ trade marketing/ Key Accounts) (> 3 years)
• Great performance track record and strong customer relationships
• High level of understanding and experience of customer & Consumer engagement and project management (Plan-Execute & Measure)
