Provide technical expertise related to the analysis of the design, implementation and effectiveness of KIM activities intended to strengthen the capacity of SMEs to access private capital
Support the TL to assess the additionality and outcomes of KIM's assistance on the activities of SME beneficiaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree (finance and Investment) in relevant field (e.g., financial services and business development services)
Minimum of 10 years' experience related to SME development and investment mobilization, with experience in Kenya preferred
Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of SME development programs
Strong relationship management, communication and writing skills.
