    Qualifications and experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or any other relevant field (Master’s degree an added advantage)
    • At least 10 years work experience in prevention and mitigation of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in Infrastructure projects.
    • Must have worked in at least 1 similar project in the last 5 years.
    • He/ she will have the capacity to work independently.
    • Must be registered with a relevant professional body.
