Social Impact Officer at Mawingu

The Social Impact Coordinator at Mawingu Foundation supports social impact initiatives by managing projects, building partnerships, assisting with fundraising, documenting success stories, and handling daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Assist with planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Identify and engage with partners, maintain relationships with NGOs and community organizations.
• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Support fundraising activities, write proposals, maintain donor relationships, and identify funding opportunities.
• Documentation & Storytelling: Collect and share impactful stories from beneficiaries, and create reports.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social impact or fundraising is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, communication, partnership-building skills.
• Passion for social impact and community-driven work.
