Social Media & Brand Builder at Bridge Talent Management

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Brand Builder to establish and manage a podcast’s entire digital presence. This role offers full ownership of building the show into a recognizable brand across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage all podcast social media pages.
• Develop a cohesive brand identity, including visuals, tone, templates, and thumbnails.
• Produce and edit short-form video clips from podcast episodes (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Design carousels, quote cards, audiograms, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts.
• Develop and manage a weekly content calendar.
• Drive follower growth and engagement on all platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content on shoot days (bonus).

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social media pages (portfolio required).
• Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
• Strong design abilities for creating templates and visual content (Canva, Adobe).
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proactive, creative, and able to execute ideas independently.
• Strong instincts for branding and content strategy.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with podcasts, photography, or the startup ecosystem.
