Social Media Manager at Bandari Beauty

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for, planning and implementing social media strategies, managing the company's social media channels(Instagram,facebook,tiktok,youtube),creating original and innovative content, and ensuring that brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

The manager will also engage with the online community, monitor social media metrics, and collaborate with other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

• Platform Management – hands on experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with knowledge of platform best practices and tools.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills – ability to prepare monthly reports, track performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Market Analysis – strong research and analytical skills to monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and inform strategy.
