• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos)
• 8. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, Social Media Agency business.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Social Media platforms.
• Knowledgeable of the social media marketing space that includes digital marketing and strategies, SEO, Email Marketing, industry trends, and usability best practices.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Negotiation and communication skills
