• Content management
• Community management: become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Deliberate planning and goal setting
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Social listening and escalation of issues in a timely manner/ always on.  Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Cultivation of leads and sales
• Management of social media campaigns
• Driving business growth through increase in market share, services expansion, and growth in sales through online/offline platform by creating relevant campaigns as briefed.
• Collection, analysis, and application of critical data to inform decision making
• To support the operations of the Marketing Consultant and other Operational Units in the operationalization of Marketing Strategies and Initiatives and such activities as will be delegated by the Marketing Consultant
