• Provide technical support to clients and resolve incidents through ticketing software and email for internally developed products.
• Conduct initial investigations and serve as a primary contact for fixing bugs and implementing new development for production applications.
• Deploy, upgrade, and oversee development, testing, and production environments.
• Preserve and manage third-party tools that are integral to the solutions, including reverse proxies, load balancers, database servers, and monitoring tools.
• Compile and maintain knowledge base articles and deployment guides.

• Expertise in Software Projects and Ticketing Systems (Jira).
• Well-versed in ITIL, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
• In-depth understanding of business functions and industry specifics.
• Technical knowledge includes Linux and Windows, Docker, SQL, Networks, Virtualization, and Cloud Technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
