    Station Supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum Diploma in Business, Management, or related field
    • At least 2-3 years' experience in petrol station operations or retail supervision
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
    • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and on flexible shifts
