Stock Controller at Stellar Human Resource Solutions

Our client a leading I.T company is seeking to hire a Stock Controller.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.
• Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
• Stock taking at every shop transfers of stock
• Supporting the sales team in their sales strategy.
• Sales and Cash reconciliation
• Commissions reconciliation by the cashier.
• Ensuring the POS is well utilized by the cashier.
• Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing and labeling.
• Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where its needed.
• Manning the stock system
• Conducting interviews, training and induction of new employees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have CPA-K Qualification or Degree/Diploma in business related field.
• Must have thorough understanding of general accounting practices.
• Must have at least 2 years prior experience working in a similar environment.
• Ability to think critically and problem solving skills.
• Must have a keen eye to detail.
• Good communication &presentation skills.
