Required Specifications

• Support internal customers such as customer service desks and service technicians.
• Responsible for all store stock movements and be accountable for stock variances.
• Accurately dispatching parts and ensuring suitable packing and delivery.
• Responsible for checking all goods received against supplier paperwork and performing a visual inspection.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and a bi-annual stock count and investigate variances
• Ensure that all stocks of goods are used on a FIFO basis to avoid spoilage and hazardous goods are stored as per health and safety requirements.
• Maintain stores and store records and perform other duties as required from time to time
• 3+ years of working experience as a stores clerk in a busy parts manufacturing factory
• Diploma in store-keeping studies from a recognized training institution.
• Ability to use an ERP system and basic Microsoft Office programs
