Our client in the security industry is looking to recruit a reliable and organized Stores Supervisor to manage inventory, uniforms, equipment, and supplies across the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and control of security equipment and uniforms.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile variances.
• Ensure proper storage, safety, and accountability of all items.
• Coordinate procurement requests and manage supplier deliveries.
• Enforce stores procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Stores Supervisor or Storekeeper (security sector preferred).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of inventory systems.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
