Responsibilities

• Develop a development execution plan and complete the team and individual development goals. 
• Work with the Chinese category manager to complete the local Top30 merchant target, mainly responsible for price negotiation to ensure price competitiveness, product optimization guidance, marketing activity negotiation, ensuring inventory stability, product quality control, order delivery, etc. 
• Control the quality of newly opened stores by the team, regularly review the sales, order fulfillment, and commodity inventory of newly opened stores, and make timely rectification plans for problematic stores
