Duties and responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory
• Analyzing supply chain data and performance 
• Finding cost effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Distribution Management
• Identifying stores and equipment for disposal
• Procurement
• Market surveys and research
• Inventory and stock control 
• Ensuring that legal standards and requirements are met 

Requirements to this grade

• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• At least KCSE Mean grade of C- (Minus) 
• Diploma in any of the following, Procurement and Supplies Management, Marketing or their equivalent qualification from a recognized institution 
• At least one year experience in a busy hospital set up 
• Computer Literacy and Management training are added advantages
