Supply Chain Officer at Prestine HR-Engine Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Officer to manage and coordinate procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory and supply chain operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement, import and export activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Manage logistics and transportation for smooth movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate supplier agreements, pricing, inventory and product records.
• Monitor procurement savings, analyse data and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and applicable regulations.
• Build strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvement.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar supply chain/procurement role.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working in a busy ICT/Telecom environment.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation and logistics.
• Practical experience in import & export, inventory and materials management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised, cost-conscious, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
