Supply of CSB Fortified Porridge in Laikipia at Habitat for Humanity International

• Habitat for Humanity Kenya intends to distribute fortified uji mix flour to schools in Laikipia North which are adversely affected by drought and bringing the effects of malnourishment to school going children. This project intends to bridge the gap through the supply of nutritious meals of CSB + (Corn, soya, fortified with vitamin) to reduce short-term hunger and improve attention span in class.

Request for Quotation for the following:

• Supply of CSB plus fortified Uji/Porridge flour (corn, soya, fortified with vitamins)- (Branded Sachets with Habitat for Humanity Kenya Logo & ADH Logo)- 13,440 Kgs
• Supply of Sugar (Branded Sachets with Habitat for Humanity Kenya Logo & ADH Logo)- 4,200 Kgs
• Transport cost to the various 5 schools in Laikipia County as listed below:
  • Mbombo primary school in Kirima sub-county, Laikipia North -60-70 Km from Nyahururu. (Uji- 1,680kgs, Sugar - 420kgs)
  • Naibor Primary school, Laikipia North Constituency – 22km from Nanyuki town (Uji- 2,520kgs, Sugar - 630kgs)
  • Kandutura primary school-Rumuruti- 2Km from Rumuruti town, & 42km from Nyahururu (Uji- 4,410kgs, Sugar - 2,100kgs)
  • Mbogo-Ini primary school, 30km from Nanyuki town-Nanyuki-dol dol road-then Endana (Uji- 3,360kgs, Sugar - 630kgs)
  • Mutirithia primary, 25-30km from Nanyuki-Nanyuki-dol dol road-then road to endana (Uji- 1,470kgs, Sugar - 420kgs)
