Job Details/Description
Duties and responsibilities;

•  Reporting to Director Water.
•  Supervision and administration of staff
•  Liaise with other stakeholders on water and irrigation infrastructure development
•  Water resources conflict and resolution management
•  Undertake cadastral survey in the catchment areas, County installations and way leaves for boundary establishment and resolution of boundary disputes;
•  Setting out engineering projects undertaken by the County;
•  Water projects identification, design and BOQ’S Development
•  Draft both longitudinal and cross sectional profiles from the field data.
•  Conduct geodetic survey on the County dams for dam safety monitoring.
•  Acquire, collect and gather geo-spatial data for updating the County GIS

Requirements for the appointment

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Land Survey or related field from recognized learning institution.
•  Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
•  2 years’ experience
