System Analyst at Musoni

• You will join our Customer Support team, which serves as the daily point of contact for our global customer base. Your role will involve troubleshooting customer issues and monitoring system infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Accurately assess customer requests (in line with SLAs) and prioritize them accordingly
• Analyse customer issues and summarise them clearly for both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate proactively with other teams to meet customer needs and manage expectations
• Support the team in achieving its goals
• Identify and improve gaps in the internal knowledge base

Does this sound like you?

• You have verbal and written French language skills at B1 level or above
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer, Data Analyst, or in Level 2/3 support roles
• You hold a BSc in IT or a related field
• You’re skilled at multi-tasking
• You have strong time management and organisational abilities
• You’re experienced in basic Linux system administration
• You’re comfortable using MySQL tooling
• You’re a collaborative and reliable team player
• You have strong analytical thinking skills
• You communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and can explain technical issues effectively
• You can communicate fluently in English
