About the role

• We are searching for a talented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. You will also play a crucial role in welcoming new hires and guiding them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at attracting talent
• Draft job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms, including social media and job boards.
• Utilize online databases, job fairs, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in interviews and provide input on hiring decisions.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate cyclic reports
• Support the onboarding program and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Does This Sound Like You?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
