We are seeking recent graduates to join our academics team as Teaching Interns from January 2026. This paid internship offers aspiring educators hands-on classroom experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to learners’ academic and personal growth, while preparing for a long-term career in teaching.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing and delivering engaging, learner-centered lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
Support the preparation and administration of assessments and evaluations in line with CBC standards.
Facilitate small group or one-on-one learning sessions, as assigned.
Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacher and maintain classroom discipline.
Actively participate in the school's co-curricular and social support programs
Maintain accurate learner records and assist with progress reporting.
Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources.
Monitor and encourage positive learner behavior and peer engagement.
Provide regular updates to the class teacher on learner progress.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
MUST have a TSC certificate.
Have a Degree in Education or a related field.
Proficiency in computer applications / digital skills
Strong understanding of the CBC curriculum.
Being active in extra-curricular activities is an added advantage.
