Team Leader – Title Deeds & Mixed Collaterals
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Professional Certificate
- Experience 5 - 8 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead title deed & mixed collateral recovery
- Manage classified loans and collections
- Oversee collateral enforcement, repossession & sale
- Supervise recovery teams and service providers
- Ensure legal & regulatory compliance
- Monitor team performance and prepare reports
- Support recovery strategy and staff development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Banking
- CCP or equivalent credit qualification
- 5-8+ years' debt recovery experience 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role Strong knowledge of land/security realization, statutory notices and forced- sale valuation
- Experience managing advocates, valuers, estate agents & auctioneers
- Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
