Team Leaders- Mombasa at Momentum Credit

Momentum Credit is seeking Team Leaders for its Mombasa office to oversee and drive the performance of their teams. This on-site, full-time role in Nairobi County, Kenya involves leading and managing teams to achieve sales and organizational targets, providing training and mentorship to team members, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance, meeting reporting requirements, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance, Financial Services, and Accounting
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and make informed decisions
• Experience in Auditing and Financial Technology is a plus
• Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in team management or a similar leadership role
