Teamcenter PLM Consultant at Tech Mahindra

Required Knowledge/Skills:

• 8 to 12 years of experience working as Teamcenter PLM Consultant
• Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
• The PLM Consultants doesn’t necessarily have to be Teamcenter experts, but TC knowledge would be an added advantage.
• These are the topics they will have to be familiar with or even be experts:
• Topic 1: Sourcing: Manufacturer Parts, PPAP or Qualification Process, Plant specific release, Purchase Revisions or alternatives Manufacturer (FFF corridor) .... plus: EMS (with AVL)
• Topic 2: PCB Design incl. Interface and Revision and Variants
• Topic 3: MCAD: Create, release, share with downstream and externals, change
• Topic 4: Product Configurator incl. Rule transfer to SAP and Customer configurations
• Topic 5: Shopfloor connection, MBOM changes, manufacturing process changes
• Topic 6: SW design management, integration in E-BOM and M-BOM
• Topic 7: Technical Documentation and Project Documents
• Topic 8: Service and Spare Parts.
