Requirements

• Candidates should have 15 years’ experience both directly doing maintenance and repairs on personal vehicles as well as managing others doing the same - all with a track record of high performance, detail orientation, and quality outcomes. Candidates must be expert communicators, able to get across complex, mechanical ideas to a less-knowledgeable
• audience and for them to understand what is going on and what’s expected of them.
• Relatedly, functional command of English in professional settings is a plus, and basic English skills is a must.
• Candidates should also have formal education in mechanical or automotive engineering, and understand cars not only from a bottom-up, layman’s perspective but also a top-down design and systems architecture perspective. Finally, candidates should be able to speak to how they understand and would add to our company values, which include:
