Technical Consultants at Seven Levers LLP

Seven Levers LLP is a management consulting firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are currently looking for technical consultants with the following qualifications to join our roll of consultants to help execute various mandates across East Africa on a part time basis.

1. Process optimization specialists (Ref: PS/2021)

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Chemical and Process Engineering or Industrial Chemistry.
• At least seven years’ full time experience in design, operation and management of industrial process lines. Multi-sectorial experience will be an added advantage.
• Relevant qualifications such as GMP, Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Commercial mindset and a track record of outstanding performance.

2. Environmental specialists (Ref: ES/2021)

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering/Biochemistry.
• At least seven years’ full time experience in environmental compliance management, impact assessments and design of waste management systems.
• Registered with NEMA as a lead expert and a member of Environment Institute of Kenya.
• Commercial mindset and a track record of outstanding performance.

3. Energy specialists (Ref: ENS/2021)

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• At least seven years’ full time experience in energy management, energy auditing and/or energy consulting.
• Certified Energy Manager/Auditor with the Association of Energy Engineers and fully registered with EPRA as an energy auditor.
• Commercial mindset and a track record of outstanding performance.

4. Health and safety specialists (Ref: HS/2021)

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a technical field (BSc., BTech., or B.Eng.).
• At least seven years’ full time experience in health & safety management in a corporate setting or in a consulting role.
• Licensed by DOSH and membership to a relevant local or international body.
• Commercial mindset and a track record of outstanding performance.
