Oversee GenAI Projects: Manage GenAI projects from post-launch through implementation and rollout, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Center of Excellence: Serve as a key expert in delivering quality GenAI solutions on schedule and within budget
Client Relationship Management: Handle client communications throughout the project lifecycle to maintain strong relationships
Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals while managing project budgets and margins
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams (Marketing, Policy, Quality, etc.) to enhance outsourcing operations and community support
Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate proactively with stakeholders
Business Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into actionable implementation plans to support client community protection and support
People and Performance Management: Oversee team well-being, disciplinary matters, and performance, managing up to 100 team members and ensuring high performance and KPI achievement
Documentation and Reporting: Develop project procedures and documentation, and provide comprehensive reporting on production, quality, and resourcing initiatives. Assist with high-priority requests and adhere to change management processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Team Management Experience: At least two years managing a team of five or more direct reports
Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent English skills, preferably at C2 level or higher
GenAI/NLP Expertise: Over one year of experience managing GenAI projects, such as Model Evaluation, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Model Alignment (e.g., RHLF, DPO), or Red Teaming
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in model training, evaluation, and a strong understanding of GenAI/NLP concepts
Project Management Skills: Over 3 years in project management with expertise in process management, operations-based projects, and ability to manage GenAI projects with a focus on data analysis and risk mitigation
Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex GenAI/NLP technical concepts into user-friendly business terms and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
