Requirements

• Recently completed a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Practical exposure to solar energy systems (design, installation, or maintenance).
• Having work experience in the renewable energy is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of solar PV technology, inverters, batteries, and off-grid/grid-tied systems,solar water pumps.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) is an added advantage.
• Good analytical thinking and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
