Technical Sales Officer at ShopIt Store

Job Responsibilities.

1. Utilize knowledge of business trends, technology, and industry changes to identify areas of opportunity for customer need fulfillment.
2. Managing the visual representation and content of the products portfolio including but not limited to price updates and product uploads.
3. Supplier onboarding and relationship management.
4. Collaborating with line category suppliers to negotiate prices and quantities to be availed.
5. Supporting the customer service team with product information in regards to the category line.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in oral AND written English.
2. Must be a proficient computer and internet user.
3. Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday).
4. Experience in sales will be an added advantage
5. Training and/or experience in the following fields will be an added avantage especially
   1. Networking and Telecommunications.
   2. Books and office supplies
   3. Sports and fitness,
   4. Security and Safety
   5. Hardware & tools
   6. Industrial and scientific supplies.
