Head – Infrastructure & Integration Services (IIS) – QualificationsEducational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline (preferred)
• Relevant professional certifications such as:
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) or VMware certifications

Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, and integration
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or head-of-function role managing large-scale IT infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated experience overseeing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center management, and hybrid environments
• Proven track record in enterprise systems integration, platform migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Strong experience managing third-party vendors and IT outsourcing
