Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace worn-out parts for bikes in the workshop
• Test and troubleshoot issues reported by customers
• Diagnose mechanical or electrical problems accurately
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with both team members and customers
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve service outcomes
• Observe safety protocols in the workshop at all times
• Operate tools and equipment safely and use field automation systems as required
• Produce timely and detailed service and maintenance reports

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering-Plant option or related technical field
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Hands-on approach and eagerness to learn new technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in workshop or field environments
