Job Requirements

• Be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in the following discipline Tourism Management, project management, Marketing or related field from a recognized institution in Kenya.
• Be a holder of a Diploma in Tourism Management, Events Management, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Member of a recognized professional body relevant to the above requirements.
• Must have relevant knowledge and experience of not less than 3 years in a related area 
• Demonstrate professional competency in work performance and result.
• Must satisfy requirement of Chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.

Job Description

• Participating in Tourism Marketing activities.
• Devising tourism Development initiatives/campaign.
• Assisting in Tourism Product development and diversification.
• Coordinating activities in the Information Centre and gallery.
• Communicating with stakeholders on tourism development in your area of jurisdiction.
• Updating and improvement of the County Tourism Database.
• Handling tourism stakeholder’s complaints/suggestion and providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Preparing period tourism reports with your supervisor.
