Trainers/Lecturers at JFC Munene College Of Health Sciences

This is a full-time on-site role for Trainers/Lecturers at JFC Munene College of Health Sciences, located in Thika. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, designing engaging learning materials, evaluating student performance, and facilitating hands-on training sessions. Trainers/Lecturers will also mentor and guide students to excel in their respective fields, collaborate with colleagues to improve curricula, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on developments in their subject area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge related to health sciences, social sciences, applied sciences, or human nutrition
• Excellent communication, teaching, and public speaking skills
• Experience in curriculum development and educational planning
• Strong research, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, supportive, and collaborative learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage
• Previous teaching or training experience in higher education is preferred
• Passion for educating and empowering future healthcare professionals
