Seeking an experienced Training Manager with a background in the hotel or hospitality industry to assess training needs, develop and implement programs, manage budgets, and oversee employees onboarding. It requires a bachelor's degree, trainer certification, and 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management and 2 years in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing training needs
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization and externally
Create training materials, e.g. multimedia visual aids and presentations,
Managing training budgets
Evaluating training and development progress and effectiveness
Manage employee onboarding process
Provide career development support
Implement effective and purposeful training methods
Organizing learning and development events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, etc.
Conduct performance reviews with the help of heads of departments, and give performance feedback.
Conduct continuing education training
Requirements
Holder of a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, hotel management, hospitality management, or a course in a relevant field.
Knowledge of hotel operations.
Additional Qualification: Certification as a trainer
4–6 years of working experience in a similar role
3 years experience in management
2 years of experience working in the hospitality industry
