Travel Consultant at FCM Travel Solutions

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Respond to client enquiries and convert them into bookings
• Book flights, accommodation, transfers, and other travel services
• Advise on visa, health, and travel requirements
• Issue tickets accurately using GDS (Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Keep client records updated and monitor bookings for changes
• Send timely invoices and report

What you should have :

• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Certification in IATA courses is a MUST
• Practical experience with GDS systems
• At least 3 years in a similar travel role
