Trilingual Executive Researcher Remote at Solvo Global

Are you passionate about research, executive engagement, and generating strategic insights? We are seeking a Trilingual Research Specialist fluent in English, German, and French to support international research projects focused on the technology and healthcare services sectors.

This role combines market research, executive interviewing, strategic outreach, relationship management, and research documentation. Approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to outreach activities, identifying and engaging healthcare professionals to participate in research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with executives, directors, and healthcare industry experts.
• Gather, document, and analyze information collected throughout research projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and insurance organizations.
• Conduct outreach activities through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within the healthcare sector.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and research platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Research and Outreach teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English, German, and French (spoken and written).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in areas such as:
• Market Research
• Customer Success or Customer Service Call Centers
• Account Management
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Outreach or Business Development
• Experience conducting interviews, discovery calls, consultations, or professional conversations with clients and industry leaders.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and information management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to confidently interact with senior executives and high-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health technology, or market research environments.
• Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
